Double downloading with DIM and Connect

Hi all, DIM is still showing stuff for download that I have just used CONNECT/INSTALL for in Studio. I have tried checkuing and uyncheckingthe Connect filters in the DIM setting but it makes no difference - I am double-downloading! It's always done this but seriously, at this stage in the game, why hasn't it been fixed yet? And if it HAS been fixed, can someone tell me what my filters have to be set to please, to exclude DIM showing me what I have already downloaded in DS? Thanks!

    So you have Connect Installed unchecked in the Download Filters? Are items installed with DIM showing as installed in DS? It might be that there's a communication breakdown between DIM/PostgreSQL/DS if not.

    Hi Richard, Yes, it's unchecked in DIM ....but not sure what you mean by DIM showing as installed in DS?

    If you install an item via DIM, not Connect, does it show as installed in Daz Studio?

    Not all, that's what is so frustrating! SOME of them are installed but others show as needing to be installed, in DS.

    OK, so one thing to check is that you aren't closing DS and immedaitely opening DIM - that can lead to PostgreSQL not running, as it was still running but in the process of shutting down when DIM checked it. Either leave a gap or just run them concurrently. If you are already doing that I'm not sure what to suggest.
