dont think today's kids would understand not being allowed to do something cuz of being a girl.
it made me brave, in 7th grade i refused to take home economics, was the girl's class.
they put me in the 'shop' class, was all boys.

installed bryce 7 to make hdri images.
My son had trouble getting himself into the HE class. He accused the teacher of being sexist because he wouldn't let him do HE. Ended up they phoned me and I said yes, he really wants to do it, he is cooking at home already, and his elder brother has a Saturday job as a kitchen porter in a restaurant.

g3 needs a whole new uv schema. hate the way the neck makes a deep v down their back. seams blending >.<

A Walk Designer, a whole remaking of the Joints options which I find absurd and mickey mouse. Maybe Bryce could be incorporated into Carrara's design so that Carrara's current mediocre Landscape Creator can be replaced with it and then dumped.
if you not acheiving gorgeous landscapes in carrara yoo doing it wrong.
buy a few scenes from the pros and study them. its fun.
It helps to render the pro scenes when you have many cores!
that last render i posted comes with the native content.
yanno, is hard to make a realistic plain old dirt shader.
i think most of the wizard terrains from old old versions of carrara.
we need a new set!
my biggest problem with the terrain presets is how to scale them. when i try squeezing down the 3000ft terrains they disaooear
i see the wizard txt file, question is how to customize it to add new terrains to the wizard list, hmmmmm
weewease the secret cores.
i'm scared the 16core(32 threads) threadripper won't work with carrara's 20 limit,
don't know if applies only to render nodes or on a single pc.
I just adjust these values in the terrain editor
someone a while back shared a render screen with 64 tiles think was #argus1000 , but he only had borrowed the PC and tried Carrara on it if I recall.
