Apple Motion FX, why didn't this hit me sooner

I've been trying to figure out ways to do FX in my Daz3d Studio images. I'm a long time Photoshop retoucher (used to make my living that way retouching Fashion models, jewelry, and catalog images.) But never felt the FXs I did in Photoshop matched what I was looking for in an image.
Then is dawned on my Apple Motion can create a lot those effects, giving me really good controls and such. Plus, it's dirt cheap comparatively speaking. Here's an example. The image is all Daz3d, the lighing. The muzzle flashes are Motion as is the smoke. Then I touched it up with Photoshop.

Nice work. I have always used Motion for cinematic titles in video editing. Never occurred to me either that I could use Motion with DAZ renders.
I will have to experiment now.
