A preset is settings to be applied to a target - either you don't have an item seelcted at all (or for a Shader preset an item and one or more surfaces on the item) or you don't have the item the preset requires selected. Make sure the product you purchased is a model and not just a set of materials for a different product.

  • This does not solve anything.
ANTIVIRUS IS THE ONLY GUILT FOR THIS PROBLEM
I formatted my PC 4 times, because of this problem "An error occured while reading the file, see the log file for more details".
THE PROBLEM HAS ENDED, when I modified the settings of my Antivirus and deactivated several Antivirus functions

I don't know what happened in your case - and I wouldn't afvise running without anti-virus - but the previous solution is the most usual reason for the message to appear.
