Gerster - I think you are looking at several different products there, rather than having morphs that could adequately cope with all that variation. Interesting food for thought though!

Ok... why not doing a medium parting style series?

    1) Boy-short to open shoulder length

    2) Open shoulder length to open ash long

    3) Pony tails (different lengths and positions of the pony tail)

All 3 products would have come out of one pour.

Not sure quite what you mean by "All 3 products would have come out of one pour" - if you mean that they should all come out at the same time, that is probably not very realistic (and may be a bit much for prospective buyers!). Nut I like the look of the list - and in fact my next product may be just the job for No.1...

No, didn't meant the time. I was talking about the visuals. wink

I want two show in some of my renders hair growth, from very short to very long. At some point I have currently switch to an other hair product, but the other hair product has often an other style.

If you would do such a series the visuals of these products would be "come out of one pour", menas I could do a sequenz where a person would have boying short hair which grew to high length and than would be bound to a pony.

How do you say for that in english? I'm not a english native and deepl.com translated this to "come out of one pour".
I asked an other translation software, maybe "all of a piece" is a better translation.

I'm not sure that there is a phrase that exactly captures that, but at least I now understand what you are wanting!

A little preview of my next hair product, here rendered with Alexandra 8 HD (and my own Ultimte Eyebrows).

Nice, I would be interested in a preview of the shortest and longest option wink

I like bones in longer hair; actually, I no longer buy em if they don't have; I find them more versatile and easier to deal with - also better for VWD hair posing.

Having said that, pony tail options are always worth a look.

I shared this one of my next hair (which will be called Morena Hair) on another thread so thought I'd share it here too. Daz asked for a couple of chagnges but I resubmitted today so hoping they'll be happy this time. around. It will be for Genesis 8 and 3 and for males as well as females. The character here is Edward 8 with Altern8 Skin Shader System applied which I think adds to the realism.

The realism in that render is really astounding!

Very cool! Thank you for the G3 support!

If the parting would be excatly in the middle, the product would be better for my purpose - but I will buy it in any case wink

You'll have to wait for a centre parted product...

He reminds me of my daddy in some ways, like the hair.

Just a note to let people know that I have submitted an update to Paige Hair to add support for Genesis 3 Female, sorry it's taken a while but I wanted to get Morena Hair out of the door. It should be available as an update fairly soon - it has already been tested OK by Daz.

Thanks! A great hair, getting better. smiley

Glad you like it. By the way, Morena Hair will support both Genesis 3 and 8 and both male and female characters from launch. There are also mirrored versions to have the parting on either side.

The Paige Hair update to include Genesis 3 Female is already live and so should appear in the Update list if you use Daz Install Manager.

Cool thank you so much for the G3 update!

I use DAZ Connect and had to uninstall und reinstall it to get the update, this may help if DAZ dont shows the update.

The update remebers me that I wanted to ask if someone has an idea about some white     strand of hair which I get with the G8 and G3 version?

I can't see a white strand of hair? There are some highlights in the hair, if you want to tone that down there are some alternative shine presets, try the Soft Shine one.

Well, maybe it is not white, but nearly white. However, I fixed this issue my moveing to an universal hair shader.

I also want to thank you so much for Morena Hair. This product is so great. Finally we got a hair product with a from short to long morph. I hope you do a lot of more short to long hair yes

It would be also great if you could do a hair product which looks like if Morena hair with low pony tail (same hair parting). So we could make a scene where is it look like that a character with Marena hair makes a pony tail.

I'll keep it in mind - my next product is another hair but not what you have described.

OK I have changed the title of this thread to reflect the growing number of hairs that I am doing, rather than having a different thread for each.

And with that in mind, here is a little exclusive preview of my next hair - Caitlyn Hair - which should be released in about a week's time.

Shorten, lengthen, straighten or add curls and frizz, put it behind the shoulders, yes it is all there!

Looks really natural! Does it work with dForce too? Even if not, love the auto draping.
