    I installed the trial version but they would not let me have the required DS->iClone import files so couldn't try how that worked, so just uninstalled it again.

    But you export the FBX files to iClone so you loose a lot in terms of mesh resolution, but if you are ok with that I guess it could be of use, I would think it is of more use for game developers maybe.

    i took the plunge and ordered IClone 7. Lot's of money, yes, but it is on sale for now. Not that happy with IC6, but you can see, whereit is going. So it is not a DS replacement but it is focused on animations, where as I keep making stills in DS. I actually realy like the IC6 and up UI.
