Emissive shader problem

Hi everyone,
it's is almost two days i have stuck with iray emissive shader,i tried to do like the tutorial follow his step but the result is not what it should be.
the glass door is not emit or glow like the tutorial did.it look flat like i just put red plane in there.
attched file is what i cant figure out what is i am missing ,iray render setting ?,or emissive shader setting ? it seem not complicated but i cant do it.
or is it a bug ?
please give me an advice for solve this problem will be really appreciate.

Which bit of the video? it's nearly quarter of an hour long. If you make the glass emissive, without a map, then it will give a uniform glow.
Well, his plane lighting the sphere is acting as your door glass. The elements he is giving emissive shaders to in the scene are more interesting shapes in themselves. I also suspect, though didn't see on a skim through the video, that he may be using the Glow option in Render Settings (or applying a glow effect in post-work). For light coming through the door glass you might want to try a plane behind the doors, with the emissive shader preset applied, and then Cutout Opacity set to a very low but not zero value.

That is strange, I've no problems getting it to glow here.
I set the value to 50,000 and the units to kd/m2
Left the opacity alone.
it still the same
in shader baker tab do i need to do any setting ?
Maybe try turning 2 sided light to on (right under emission temperature in the first image)
It might be that all the polys for the glass are facing outward so all the light is shining on the outside of the building and not inside.
today have a test with other computer,and other computer core i3... emissive shader is working properly. using the same setting,
but the one core i5 geforce 930 mx that have problem still the same .** the iray render with other work is work fine ...just the only emissive shader that not working.
what should i do, or i will cleaning all my machine and re install ?
or something inside emissive file i can fix ?

Change to Scene Only it looks like the Environment light is cancelling out the Emissive light, also check the Tone Mapping settings.
