Weird bunching when parenting to objects to each other in Daz Studio..

Sort of hard to describe the title, but recently I have been getting an issue where parenting cameras, props, figures and so on is moving them when I don't want them to.. Case in point I used to be able to parent a camera to a figure such as Genesis 2 or 3 and the camera would stay where I had positioned it and could just move the figure keeping the camera with it..
But recently doing this has caused the camera to be moved when I don't want it to.. Another was if I had a lot of items in a scene and to make the list shorter I could select a few and put them under one item, they would all stay in place but the scene list would be more managable. But like the camera issue when I do this all the objects are being bunched together and not staying in place.. I have no idea why this is happening and it is annoying that it has started doing this and not sure how to fix it short of reinstalling Daz Studio..
Any help please would be greatly appreciated, thank you..

Sounds like Parent in Place has been turned off. If you are using the Change Parent dialogue it's a check-box at the bottom, if you are dragging and dropping in the Scene pane it's a checkable item in the option menu - the lined button in the top corner, or right-click the tab.
Ahh thank you for the help, must of turned it off though not sure how, a case of who knows how it happened.. :)
Hehe. I posted the same problem and got the same solution a couple of months ago myself. Glad to know it wasn't just me.
