Using gen4 resource morphs on Genesis 1 query

Am I okay to use merchant resource morphs for M4/V4 on Genesis for commercial purposes?
I understand that using Gen-X on Genesis 1 I can use the morphs on genesis 1 but can I then use the created morphs commercially? In particular I'm using the M4 Ultra Morphs from RDNA (http://www.runtimedna.com/M4-Ultra-Morphs-And-Face-RandomizerMERCHANT-RESOURCE-KIT.html)

    For this product you are better to ask the vendor on RDNA (they have product support forum here and you can also drop the vendor a message by clicking in top right corner of his the profile), but my personal opinion - if the MR product doesn't specifically say that only M4/V4 products can be made with it, it can't forbid you to use what you purchased in the way you want with Genesis providing you are within other limitations of the license.

    I"m pretty firmly sure that even if vendor initially says 'no' there will be a ground to negotiation. I'm actually interested in outcome (also have those morphs)

    I messaged the artist but I guess they were busy, so I emailed RDNA Help and received this answer:

    Merchant resource means in this case, that any custom morph character
    you created with this package could be resold as a custom character.
    What you would not be able to do is repackage and sell it as a
    randomizing morping package even if it were for DS, Genesis, etc.

    So sounds like we can use Colm's M4 morphs (as long as you bought the RESOURCE KIT) for commercial characters for genesis :)
