RuntimeDNA orders :)

in Technical Help (nuts n bolts)

I have a question as we all know that RuntimeDNA was closing and merging with daz email said we don’t really need to do anything except emails to match ok yada yada I cant find my RuntimeDNA orders they’re not listed

    Items that moved to the Daz store should have moved over as long as the emails matched, items that didn't come to Daz (because they were no longer available, because the vendor moved to another store by choice, or because Daz didn't want or feel able to carry the item) did not. If you are missign items that did move over please open a support ticket, with as much information as possible (ideally the RDNA order number).
