Physics TAB where is it?

I am a noob with animation, stills are my area.

BUT, I now see a need to add wind effects and the manuals all say that it is set

in the PHYSICS TAB. I see no physics tab...nothing close.

SO...where is it hiding?

What program? Studio, Carrara or somethng else?
