Why can't I scroll beyond a certain point? I have quite a number of freebies and since I cannot make new folders to organize stuff I have to scroll through a long list but it has a limit which is ridiculous I could search by name etc but I can't remember the names of everything especially considering they are not named what I installed e.g. ph eyes etc. So if I type say eye in to find this because I cannot remember the name of the eyes it will give me all the eyes but since the list is a bit long it will not scroll through them all. Which leads to me not being able to find everything or those eyes or other items.

Smart content most panes but mainly scanned, and all files. I have to use either of those since there is no way to make my own folder to put my favorites in.

You can make new "folders" for Smart Content, you have to remember they are not in fact folders but categories. A quick way is to right-click on files/folders in the Content Library and to select Create Category From...

I figured out how to add stuff to a custom folder. Turns out the folder does not exist til you click categorize and add something to that folder. Which is odd, to be honest.

Categories (not "folders") with no assets in their hierarchies are not shown in any pane except the one that is designed to operate as a content manager (i.e., Content Library), by design; and only there (or the Categorize / DB Editor dialogs) because you cannot manage what you cannot see.

Yeah, but it is a bit confuddling to make a folder that never shows up. Most people like me will assume hey it did not show up, therefore it does not register it, therefore, it does not exist therefore do not try to categorize til you figure out the bloody bug.
