Download Manager problem

Hi All,
Download Manager was working fine until I updated my email address, now I cannot log in as, I guess the set email address does not corespond to the previous set one and the manager won't allow me to add my user name with the new email address as it recognises that there is already an account with that user name.

Does anyone know if a) this will resolve itself after a while when DAZ's servers catch up with the email change,
or, b) if there is a file I can delete/ edit to change the email address associated with my user name in download manager

    Try creating a new, dummy, account and then use that to work offline (checkbox at the top of the log in prompt). You should then be able to select and edit your real details. However, there have been some problems over the weekend - I don't know if they are fixed, but if you can it may be wise to leave things be and try again after DAZ opening hours tomorrow.

    Thanks Richard,
    I've no real rush so I'll leave it until tomorrow ( in my case evening, BST) before trying the dummy account route.
