Error received when attempting to load preset animations

Greetings,
The "In-App" error essentially tells me to review the log file to see what is wrong. so I open the log file and below is the error it is recording.
2018-04-03 06:19:26.405 WARNING: Script Error: Line 1
2018-04-03 06:19:26.405 WARNING: TypeError: Result of expression 'App.getInterface().getPaneMgr().findPane( "aniMate" )' [null] is not an object.

Do you have the AniMate pane available (that is, open or listed in Window>Panes(Tabs))?
No.
Sort of figured that might be the issue from reading the error where it says "FindPane("aniMate") [null] is not an object"
So now the question becomes, where is this pane, and why doesn't it show?
If you open Help>About Installed Plug ins do you have an entry for AniMate waiting for its serial number (which would turn it into the full AniMate)?
Yes.
Okay, so in order to use the animation presets that came with the application, I need to spend an extra $90.00?!?
A bit steep for a plugin, but I guess they have to make the money back for the "free" software. Odd since ease of animation and dynamics are the major 'selling' points for 4.x.
So back burner on the plugin, I can obviously create my own animations, but I guess now the question is, can a save tehm and reload them into different characters, without this plugin, or is it required in order to even think about animation within Daz?
P.S. AniMate, DID go into the wishlist, it's just food has a higher budget priority right now.
P.S.S. and oh, oops, it's the full bundle that's $90.00, the basic plugin is only $60.00, so maybe this month even for purchase.
AniMate Lite should work without the serial number, which was why I expected it to be there in the list waiting for a serial number (should you decide to buy the full license). Is it checked and does it have green plug icon in the About Installed plug-ins list?
it is checked, however the "plugin" icon is gray.
there are a few numbers in the serial number box then "-xxxx" lots of exes.
Should I mention that it is not AniMate or aniMate lite listed but aniMate 2
As a side note, the first tutorial I viewed within the first 4 minutes metioned "I'm using Animate, but don't worry, a copy of aniMate Lite is installed with every copy of DAZ Studeo, so you can follow along..."
Hmmm... it's not there.
AniMate Lite is AniMate 2 without a serial number (and installed for more than 30 days). Grey icon means the plug-in is disabled - highlight it and look at the bottom of the dialogue to see what its status is.

aniMate 2
Only information it shows.
Is it possible you hd tried entering the main DS serial number in the box at some point? That could have caused issues.
No idea.
I have aniMate 2 listed in my wishlist, and will probably get it before months over.
Have moved on to other issues. (I'm trying to get 10 years of Poser/DS content updated and moved to just DS content, tired of trying to work with both formats, not to mention the hard drive space requirements to have both.)
