Lip Syncing for my animations.

I want to give my characters the ability to speak. I want something like the Lip Sync capabilities of the Daz 4.10 32 bit version. I have the 64 bit version and it doesn't have that plug-in. Is there another app that I can use that does the same thing. Lip Sync in invaluable. Can I download and run the 32 bit version of Daz on my 64 bit system?
