GenX Not showing up in Plugins

in Technical Help (nuts n bolts)

I dont know why but GenX isnt showing up in my plugins. I installed it. I go to put in my Seriel number, but when I do, its no where to be found in my list of plugins.

In fact, I dont even recall uninstalling it in the first place...

    Huh, Got it working though Install manager. Now that poses the question. Why does the manual install not work correctly?

    Never tried manual; maybe something to do with registering the plugin?

    How did you install DS? If you used DIM then DIM will have the infomation it needs to install plug-ins, but the stand-alone installers won't. It's a good idea to be consistent so that everything is (hopefully) working in harmony.
