G2F autofit no-go on shoes

Hi,

I loaded Genesis 2 Female, and then tried to fit various shoe sets from V5 and V4. In every case, the shoes load close to right, but on autofit, they drop down off the feet, hinged at the ankle.

I have the G2F V4 shape product installed

No idea what's wrong, but I'm really glad G2F was free. I thought there was supposed to be a fairly painless transfer of existing clothing, hair, etc. The forum got me to applying mats via saved Material Preset easily enough, but the footwear is a no-go, so far.

Anyone have suggestions.

    Hey, thanks, larsmidnatt,

As I mentioned in the original post, I do have that V4 for G2 product installed.

I have looked at that thread, yes. Didn't see anything relating to the problem I'm working with, here. I had noted, on the Genesis V4 Shapes, the foot fit problem, and it's good to see that's been fixed for G2F, but the problem is not just on V4 shoes.

It's also happening with any V5 shoe set, and the autofit doesn't offer V5 as an option, just V4 and Genesis.

In either case, there's no fit at all; not just a poor fit, as the G2 V4 product addresses.

The shoe isn't attached to the foot, except at the ankle. Shoes initially load close to right, then autofit kicks in, offers only V4-Genesis options, and then loads the shoe incorrectly, no matter which option I choose.

So far, I've only tried half a dozen dx30 shoe products for each, V4 and V5. The other V4 and Genesis clothing types seem to autofit just fine. It's seems to be only happening on shoes.
