Did you install Genesis Female 2 Starter Essentials? Should be in the DAZ Install Manager, or linked from the bottom of the DAZ Studio 4.6 Pro page in Your Account>Product Library

Where is your content installed, and does the folder appear under DAZ Studio Formats in the Content Library pane (Window>Panes (Tabs)>Content Library)?

A lot of Gen 4 (ie your Pro 4 items) stuff has no DAZ studio files, to see these look under Content Library, and then Poser Formats. If this is empty remember to add your runtime, right click on Poser Formats, select Add Runtime, and then browse to the directory where DIM installed everything.

What is the full path to one of the files that DS isn't finding?
