Didn't download all the aniblocks

in Technical Help (nuts n bolts)

Hi Guys, I need your help. I purchased this aniblock product for G3F high heel walking.

I didn't get all the options for the walk, I only got one aniblock. 

What do I do here?

    I installed it using the daz Install Manager. 

    When I checked, it only installed one walking aniblock. 

    So I reinstalled again this time using Dazstudio. 

    Again, only one. 

    This is what I mean

    The file list in the readme gives:

    For DIM, right-click on the product's entry in the Installed tab and select View Installed files, for the Connect install right-click on the icon in DS and select Browse to File Location - do those files all seem to be there on disc? If not then please open a Techncial Support ticket.

    I checked it and it seems to be all there. But not showing on DazStudio

    Which is weird.

    In the Content Library pane look unde Daz Studio Formats>Daz Connect>People>Genesis 3 Female>Poses>Skamotion>Heels Walk - are the files visible there?

    Nope only one.

    Hmm, that's really strange. I think at this point you need to open a Technical Support ticket - perhaps there's an oddity in the names that is stopping DS from showing them.
