Item A requires B requires C ... where is the base for my map?

The dependancy of objects probably is an old and wellknown subject. And I don't want to talk about the financial aspect of it now. But especially when English isn't your first language it's often not easy to find out what all you need for some attractive object maps.
Actually I found a nice room and a beautiful rug within. It was clear that I need a base room - but regrettably even the base came without walls and base object for the rug. I found that I additional need the empty baseroom but where is the base rug?
I learned that "requires ... " doesn't always mean that you need to have it. Sometimes it means you can combine it. OK, I think I'll have to live with it. But in this special case I need help:

What is necessary to have the shown room as it appears in the picture, especially the walls and the rug:

I've already got it and additional this one too: http://www.daz3d.com/dream-home-childrens-furniture

but nothing else. And I don't want to buy more than indispensable for the moment.

Based on text in one of the Eclectic Girls' Bedroom Furniture promo images, I believe the rug comes from this set: http://www.daz3d.com/dream-home-great-room-furniture-london

I don;t have this, but the Eclectic is only a set of textures for the Children's Furniture, but I'm sure you know that. The Eclectic texture set includes a texture for a Rug, but the Children's Furniture does not include a Rug? Curiouser and Curiouser, as Alice might say.

I have no idea where the Rug comes from, but hopefully someone else will know.

    EDIT:

Well done Scott, I see it in the promo image now too!

Wolpi, it says ""Bonus - Chinese Deco Rug for the Great Room - London Rug"

and it says in the blurb for the main set

The collection has presets to add them into four different areas of the Dream Home (Master Bedroom, Retreat, Lower and Upper Guest Rooms).

So you could check those out and see which one is it that is shown in the promos

Judging by the angle of those walls, I think the room is http://www.daz3d.com/dream-home-main-floor-guest-room with http://www.daz3d.com/dream-home-eclectic-main-floor-guest-room-decor textures applied. I have the entire Dream Home (minus add on texture sets), but not installed atm, so I can't check to see how they removed the windows in the promo shots.

Thank you all very much. The result seems to be:

If I want to have the complete room http://www.daz3d.com/dream-home-eclectic-girls-bedroom-furniture

    I first must have http://www.daz3d.com/dream-home-childrens-furniture

but for this I need http://www.daz3d.com/dream-home-great-room-furniture-london

    which assumes http://www.daz3d.com/dream-home-basement

Finally I hope that the basement is the last essential item in the chain and doesn't need a whole house basement or something like that.

Why the basement. The thing for the furniture says either Dream Home (Master Bedroom, Retreat, Lower and Upper Guest Rooms). so you should be able to use whichever one of those you fancy as there are presets to load it into any one of those., as I read it. It says nothing about the basement.

As Vaskania says maybe it shows the main floor guest room or possibly the retreat

The rug in the promo is a bonus texture for the rug in the "Dream Home: Great Room Furniture -- London"
    http://www.daz3d.com/dream-home-great-room-furniture-london
The last popup promo has the info in it for the rug.

On a side note the room from the Dream Home Collection used in the promo is the Master Bedroom Retreat.

ok, sorry, I mistook the word "basement" for "base"

Well, if I buy the http://www.daz3d.com/dream-home-retreat (which is the more attractive room), will this be the provisional end of requirements to get a nice room?

(for the rug map I provisorily took another rug obj from curious tea)

Unfortunately not. People have been lobbying for one for quite some time.

It might need a flexible definition of "complete" — there's a huge variety of furniture sets, expansion texture sets, and pose sets in addition to the actual Dream Home bricks-and-mortar structure sets. I have no idea if all of them are even DAZ Originals, there are certainly quite a few made later by people who weren't involved in the original Dream Home project. Wouldn't much surprise me if this is why there's never been a "complete" bundle.

I'm going to state the obvious here- join the Platinum Club if you want Dream Home items- those alone would pay for the membership, and then some! These would be $1.99 apiece.

Now that I've got the matching guestroom (plus additional eclectic look) I only find a complete preload and no chance to delete single view-disturbing parts. When I do it by making them invisible further important parts of the room get invisible, too. Is it really impossible to create a (half-open) Dreamhome room part by part and change the position of them? Otherwise it's only possible to spot a small angle of the room.

So what you are saying is that you have clicked the Surface Selection Tool (looks like three black pieces of paper, by the Universal Tool) and clicked on the wall (or whatever you want to hide) then gone into Surfaces tab and set the Opacity to 0 for that item so it disappears temporarily?

You can also set your camera view to wide angle to see more. I'd have to look up how to do that.

Click on the camera in the Scene tab (or in the Viewport if you can see it in another camera), then over in the Parameter tab, select the "Camera" category and you'll be able to see the Focal Length parameter. It's just (almost) like setting a real camera with a zoom lens, the default is 65mm, most standard lenses are the equivalent of 50mm, smaller values are wide-angle, higher values are telephoto. Hint, don't go much below 3-35mm or the fisheye distortion will get too much. Unless you want that kind of effect.

As for the awkwardness of getting good camera angles, the Dream Home sets are really designed to be used together. This lets you have, say, a door or window in the background with something from another set seen through it.

This can get expensive, though — see the note upthread about the Platinum Club.
