Can't get Genx2 to work at all - Error loading figure/error creating morph from clone

Hiya!
Am having some real issues with my recent(ish) purchase of Dimension 3D's "Genesis Generation X2"...so far I've been unable to get it to do anything! I get the same error message every time I try to click "Transfer"..."Morphs should be in the morphs folder for the according figure. Continue anyway?" If I click "Yes" as far as I can see, nothing happens. The "History" Tab for Genx2 shows the following;

"GenX - Transferring morphs.
Creating clone morph ...
Loading figure ...
C:/Users/BONEIDOL/Documents/DAZ 3D/Studio/My Library/data/DAZ 3D/Genesis 3/Female/Genesis3Female.dsf
Creating intermediate clone morph ...
Loading figure ...
C:/Users/BONEIDOL/Documents/DAZ 3D/Studio/My Library/data/DAZ 3D/Genesis 2/Female/Genesis2Female.dsf
Creating intermediate clone morph ...
Loading figure ...
Error loading figure.
Error creating intermediate morph from clone.

Error creating morph from clone."

I haven't the faintest idea why! All my morphs for V4, Genesis 2 and Genesis 3 are installed exactly as specified by Daz. Please help!

I'm guessing you are missing some of the required files.

To transfer to Genesis 3, you need: https://www.daz3d.com/genesis-generation-x2 , https://www.daz3d.com/genx2-addon-for-genesis-2 , https://www.daz3d.com/genx2-addon-for-genesis-3 .

Yup. Have all three listed above installed.

Anyone else getting the same issue? Or had the same issue?

It would be helpful if you could show us a screenshot of the GenX pane with all the fields that you have entered prior to hitting Transfer. That might give us a clue to what is going wrong.
