Dforce issue

When I try to apply dforce to hair, especially from "out of touch", the hair seems to sink into the head and in a iray preview everything gets invisible.
I made sure to fixate the scalp with specific dforce settings. Does anybody know how to fix that?.

Note that some hair models just won't work in dForce because of the way they're made — transmapped strips crisscrossing and poking into the figure/clothes/furniture tends to have unpredictable results, usually ending in dForce explosions. Some hair models do work well, though; maybe you were just unlucky in the ones you chose to try.
