Not Found: Hiro 4 and Hiro 3

in Technical Help (nuts n bolts)

Hello,

I've been installing things and have had no problems until trying to locate Hiro 33 and Hiro 4. I figured I had to go into the Content Library but cannot find the little buggers in any of the areas. Could someone point me in the right direction to find legacy people?

    Nix the Hiro 3 part of the post. My favorite character, H3, has been found in the Smart Content pane of all places. YAY.

    Now to find that pesky H4.

    Are you having trouble finding it to install or finding it after installing? The fourth generation figures can't be installed via Connect (at least not yet), they have figure files in the Poser Formats>content directory>Figures>Daz People folder once installed (and will work only once the CreateExPFiles-m4 script has been run, if not using PowerLoader0.

    I installed the pro pack for H4 and can not find the figure.

    You did install the Poser files for the Hiro 4 Base?

    That is a very good question. I thought that by installing the starter and pro packs, that would install the character. Do I need to do that separately using DIM?

    The bundles are supplied as separate packages for each item, if there's a pack for the bundle as such it will be content (in this case, as I recall, poses) unique to the bundle and not part of any of the separate products in the bundle.

    If you installed all the files included with the Pro bundle, you should have everything you need, including the PowerLoader (except Michael 4, of course). When you load M4 you should get a popup for the powerloader with the option to load H4 amongst the morphs. Check it and it will then be available as a slider under the Parameters tab. Alternatively, you can find the H4 .cr2 in the Content Library under Poser Formats>"your library">Figures>DAZ People as Richard said. If you wish to use the texture that came with the figure, it should be found in Poser Formats>"your library">Pose>JM_Hiro4.
