POV Camera - Frame Width vs Focal Lenght

Hey guys,

I'm playing with the Camera settings to obtain a good POV feeling, can you explain me the difference between Frame Width and Focal Lenght?

I tried both and honestly I don't see any remarkable difference, please see below.
