Universal Tool movements set as Jump to Grid??? how to turn that off...

The Universal Tool (rotation and translation on all 3 axis) has changed behavior and is now moving objects in my scene by large "jump to grid" points rather than smoothly without jumping. This began after the last Studio update. I can't find how to turn this "feature" off... it is a major pain for me, I use that tool for almost all object movements and adjustments.
Yes I do know how to use the Parameters rotation and translation bars, but that is very inconvenient to use all the time.

Select the Universal Tool and open the Tool Settings pane (Window/Panes(Tabs)/Tool Settings). Are your Snapping settings messed up? If snapping is on and you want to turn it off, click on the titles Translate, Rotate, and Scale to toggle snapping on and off.
Thanks, exactly what I needed. I just turned off/set to zero all axis and I have what I want. Bonus, I now know how to set up snap to grid when actually needed.
