Content Icons - ! and Triangle with ! - really no content.

Why do I have so many of these and how do I remedy the issue?

    I don't know why they have no name, but the ! in the frame means no thumbnail and the ! at bottom left means no file at the specified location. Have you moved or remove content directories?

    I have those & they are deleted scenes but I can't find out how to delete the broken icons refering to the deleted scenes. They mostly are listed in Local User
