Victoria 8 HD Add-On and what it is for?

Hello....new user here....

I purchased the Victoria 8 Pro Bundle but then i saw the Victoria 8 HD Add-On. Can somebody tell me what this is for and do i need it for the Victoria 8 Pro bundle?

    HD add-on adds high definition details to the V8 character. It's a complement, not a requirement.

    Note that the HD Add-ons take big chunks out of your computer's resources, particularly memory; if you know you can fit a set number of ordinary human figures into a scene, you'll be lucky to fit half that number of HD figures into the same scene. Also, they may affect rendering speed, and if your figure is further away than a moderate close-up, you can't easily see the HD improvements anyway.
