How do I install a shader that is a .DSA file? (SOLVED)

A provider gives out free shaders as .DSA files.

I don't know how to install them.

The same provider also made a tutorial video on how to install them, but I cannot understand the video. It shows me screens and windows I've never seen before, with no explanation of what these screens and windows are.

EDIT: Replace the video. I originally posted the wron video.

Can anyone help me?

Just put the .dsa files in a content directory (such as /Daz 3d/Studio/My Library). Select the object and the surface you want to change (Surface Selection tool is an easy weay), find the preset under Daz Studio Formats in the Content Library, and double-click.

    Thanks, Richard.

So before I posted, I was intuitively doing it the way you suggested. And then I saw your comment and did it the way you suggested. Same result, failure to read file. See attached image.

So maybe the shader files I downloaded are corrupt, or only work on previous versions of DS. Can someone verify this by downloading the same shaders I got and testing them? Here is the web link to the shader dowload page: https://github.com/Astuceman/Daz-Iray-Shaders-and-Lights/tree/master/Shaders

I got the Neon one at the top of the list, and the Metaliqe Velour one further down the list.

    SOLVED

The problem was my method of acquiring the files from the gethub site. "Save Link As" corrupted them. I had to open the .dsa file and go into "Raw" viewing mode, select and copy the text, paste the text into an empty new notepad window, save the notepad file, and finally change the name of the notepad file to the name of the shader .dsa file.

Similarly with the associated .png pictures. I had to open the image and copy the displayed image - "Save Image As"
