Trying to buy something but store wont let me

I have been trying to purchase the Daz Sheep but keep getting:
"The maximum quantity allowed for purchase is 1"

I have not purchased it in the past and have cleared all my browsing data and tried 2 different browsers. Still getting this error.
Usually when I already have bought something it shows as "purchased" on the page..this one does not show that and I know I dont have it in my files...any suggestions? I have put in a support ticket but I know I wont hear anything till next week..

    Try to add a different product to cart (any product) and then see if it fixed it (you can delete it the random product after that). This is a known store glitch and I think it happens when you put an item in your cart while un-logged. This message prevents putting 2 copies of the product into same cart and paying twice for same digital download - it isn't related to previous purchase history.

    OMG that worked! Yep..I wasnt logged in previously and then I logged in and I couldnt buy it..this worked! THANK YOU! :)

    The problem is you can browse the store without being logged in, but do need to be logged in to order. If you are not fully logged in then the software gets confused.
