What are your system specifications, particularly CPU and GPU?

in the "simulate" panel check the 'ADVANCED' tab and see if your grafix GPU is listed,

possible you use two video card and the selected have no resources required.

- some user forgot to disable internal motherboard grafix card  
if is the case, i sugest to "disable" internal video card via Bios.
