Animate2 not working after inputting serial #

in Technical Help (nuts n bolts)

I can't see my aniMate Hero Actions poses after installing it. The aniblocks dont even show up. Can someone help me with this?

    I already put the serial number in for animate2 and still nothing. ????????‍♂️

    Is AniMate itself working? Are other AniBlocks available? How did you install?

    I see animate2 active and the animate tab comes up. I installed manually. I placed the aniblocks folder into the Contents folder as directed.
