I saved seamless fabric texture, I know how to set them up
BUT, should I make bump and spec maps for them, or does it not matter?

imho bump maps definitely help "realism" of a fabric - spec maps are more sensitive to good lighting (that I've noticed)... but they also add a little more "pizazz" to the image.
Short answer: yes - always make bump + spec maps (^_^)d.
alright thanks
