    No... I never did the whole time I've had this program but only recently I've had trouble with the install process...

    I had model 4.9 now I have 4.10

    You only need to install the Photoshop bridge if you have a copy of photoshop installed on your computer.  It is an app that lets you transfer from one program to the other easily,
