Pretty3D "Hot" special not applying discount

So the announcement for today's sale was the "Hot" special. The one I was interested in was 30% off of Pretty 3D's Hot Uniforms College Girl outfit, with a 60% off the rest of Pretty3D's store, as I had several things in my Wishlist for them.

Placing everything in the shopping cart did not show any 60% discount on the other Pretty3D items, so I thought the discount would be applied AFTER the purchase, so just bought the single item.

After re-adding everything, there is still no discount applied..


Opened a ticket, but based on the last ticket I submitted, the sale will be over before they even get back to me, LOL, so wondering if anybody else has had problems...

    Did you view the full cart, not the pope up cart? The full cart should have shown the discounts at bottom right, as an adjustment.

    Yup, was looking at the full cart, just before the "Place Order" button which charges my card...

    Still no discount :(

    So after purchasing College Girl, I re-added it to my shopping cart with the other items and the discount now shows up...so will have to attempt to ask for a refund for the first order and purchase everything at once...but when I did this the first time it did NOT show up...

    Sadly once again there is complete ambiguity in the e-mail flyer...nowhere does it say the items have to be purchased simultaneously for the discount to apply...but again, when I did it early this morning, even together had no discount :(
