why has daz to hexagon bridge quit working?

I've been having issues with the hexagon bridge recently. For some reason while I was working on a complex model it quit working when I went to move the hair over to hexagon to ruffle it up more to be the way I wanted. All it does is load an empty scene while daz crashes. I dont know what happened. How can I fix it?

can someone please help me? Should I reinstall daz, reinstall hexagon or what?
