Crash on load (Exception error) [resolved]

Daz Studio 4.10 was working perfectly fine until I got back from my holiday. Now, for some unknown reason, it crashes whenever I load it. It could be that some Windows 10 update broke it or something, but I've tried reinstalling the software, along with my video card drivers, and neither one has worked so far.

The error I receive is in the image below. Anyone else experienced this and knows how to fix it?

It's certainly a driver crash, for an Intel driver. You could make sure, if your system has an Intel GPU and an nVidia or AMD GPU, that DS is set to use the non-Intel version.

A crash for an Intel driver? That can only mean one thing, the onboard graphics which are supposed to be disabled. Is there a way to ensure DS doesn't use this? I can't exactly load it up to change any of the settings, but if it can be done via registry it might be worth a tinker. As it stands, I'm completely stumped as to why it's misbehaving. It was working fine only a fortnight ago!

I don't have a dual GPU system, but I believe it should be in the Windows Control Panel or in the nVidia control panel (right-click on the Desktop).

Fixed it. Not sure what the cause was, but I basically just unintalled the Intel drivers (since I only output on my GeForce anyway). The onboard device was disabled at the BIOS, and it didn't show in Device Manager. However, I found an application that allowed me to uninstall them regardless, and it worked flawlessly afterwards.

Another crisis averted. In case anyone else gets a similar issue, the application I used was Display Driver Uninstaller.
