Problem while opening Genesis 3 Female

Hello Everyone,

I was a long time user of Daz studio. I wanted to get back to 3d and I added to my librairy different character morphs for G3F from renderosity.
But oddly, since this morning, when I open a G3F, it appears like this instead of appearing normally!But no morph is activated. I tried to reinstall G3F, the problem persists!
Help me please.

    Please switch your viewport to Smooth Shaded mode before taking a screen shot of a nude figure.

    Are you sure, if you select the Genesis 3 female and look under Currently Used in the Parameters pane that there are not shapes applied? Try enabling Show Hidden Properties from the Parameters pane option menu (the lined button in the top corner) to see if there are hidden shapes.

    I'd suspect the effect of a 3rd party figure adding a/som morph(s).  Even if you select the 'show used' it will not show as it/they seem to be deemed a part of the base loaded figure, but if you look at the Actor morphs you should, if I'm guessing right, see one, or more, with a value of 1 (or 100%) - but be careful they won't be highlighted so look carefully!

    Hi there, thanks for your help.

    I already check the Hidden properties and Currently used and as you can see... Nothing.

    I'm currently checking all the Actor morphs and then Tell you.

    I checked one by one the morphs and unfortunately none are used. sad
    How could a morph have integrated the basic G3F? And persist after reinstalling it?

    I can't really tell what is happening that is different from the default, but if nothing shows there it is presumably soem bone transforms that are non-zero.

    okay thanks anyway. 

    Is there a different way to check from what I did?

    That should have shown any morphs that were in effect.

    I’m still unable to find and resolve the problem.

    I'm not sure it will help, but try saving a Pose preset and a Shaping preset for the figure and post them for download.

    According to that Abbie Body and Abbie Head are both 1. There doesn't seem to be an Abbie for Genesis 8 female in the store, so it's presumably a freebie or a character from another store.
