Problem with viewport commands

My viewport keybord commands doesn't work anymore, that means I cant move my viewport in DS with keyboard anymore. Also I can't choose parts of figure with mouse anymore and also I can delete them with delete key, instead I need to right click on it and delete with option. I tried searching for help and I think there is Shift + k for turning viewport key on and off but it doeasn't work. 

 

Can anyone help me with this please?

Window>Workspace>Customise will allow you to assign new modifiers, in the lower section of the dialogue. You can also reload your layout from Window>Workspace>Select layout.

Thank You it worked. I was using City Limits lite and switched to City Limits :) Problem solved. Thank You!
