Somehow my perscpective view has gotten messed up. It's now giving me a fisheye view when I zoom in and I have no idea how to fix it. Any suggestions?

Figured it out. I had to change my render settings to "Active Viewport" and that fixed it. That's never been an issue before.
The bottom button of the vertical strip down from top-right will rset the current view, or you can drag on the maginifier icon to dolly or focal zoom (depending on which button you use). I suspect you had done a focal zoom.
