Iray Fails After Rendering 1 Frame

I am just getting back to DAZ Studio after being off for about two months. I have updated everything through Install Manager and Daz Studio is at the latest released rev.

I get the error shown below after Rendering a single frame of my Animation. The Frame renders fine but the next one fails immediately. This is with a GeForce GTX 1070 TI with the latest Drivers installed and Daz Studio 4.10.0.123. A small popup appears when it fails simply saying something basic like "An Error Occurred". When I click OK on the popup the Mouse Pointer looks like DAZ Studio is busy, but I can click on things.

If I try to Render again I get "Unable to render. Renderer is already in use." I was having a similar problem with a Scene last week but it seemed to go away once I turned off Iray Rendering in the Viewport (which I usually do anyway).

I tried removing some objects that I had added to the scene and also removed hidden objects & figures from the Scene with no luck.

I read where someone else has a similar error and they though it was due to SubD being greater than 1. I am not sure where this would be set but maybe that could be my issue.

One thing I noticed in trying to debug this is that in Windows 10 Task Manager, there is an instance of Daz Studio Application that appears to be taking up 4-5GB of memory. In the Gpu Engine column it show "gpu 0 copy". Maybe this is just how Windows is showing the GPU usage but I thought it might be a clue.

I have my Advance Render settings set to GPU only with OptiX Prime Acceleration enable. I am attachning a screenshot of my Render settings.
