Morphs sets: can a kind of "uvmap" of those be created?

I'll explain: let's say I create a morph of some extruded irregularities on a character's face (veins, swells, whatever) is there a way to easly obtain a mapping of these so that I can paint colors on those ares for a texture map that would match these irregularities?

I think you can do what you want in Blacksmith3D. You can download a demo, and subscribe rather than buy it if it's just a one-off need...

You cannot create such a morph as extruding would add new vertices.
