Crash when saving as support asset

in Technical Help (nuts n bolts)
When I try to use the save as support asset feature and select the figure/prop option the program says "please wait" then crashes giving me a message saying "Daz Studio has encountered a fatal error and must close"

    Is this the Daz crash report, which should have a button on the left for more information, or is it the Windows crash alert?

    Since it has a link to the Daz support website I'm guessing it's a Daz crash report rather than a windows crash alert. Unfortunately when I click the more button and save it will neither let me submit it as a bug or mail it.

    EDIT: sorry about the double post, is there an address I can mail the report file to? Is OK to use the submit help ticket if you are using the free version of Daz3D? The drop down list to choose products only listed Daz pro products.
