Windows 10 April Update and dForce

It seems that the Windows 10 April Update does something to the OpenCL drivers. I went to run a dForce simulation after installing the April update, and DS reported that there were no OpenCL devices found.
It was an easy fix. I just removed then installed the Intel OpenCL drivers for the CPU and updated my NVIDIA drivers, and now DS is showing both devices.
Hopefully if anyone else has this issue, this will help them out.

It's a known, and common, problem. Windows Update has long been in the habit of replacing manufacturers' custom drivers with generics that have more limited capabilities. The most frequent casualty is NVidia graphics drivers being replaced so you end up with much lower or no OpenGL capability, affecting DAZ|Studio and Iray rendering. Didn't know Update also decided all on its little ownsome that we don't really need those OpenCL CPU drivers for anything important... <headdesk>
This is why I wait to update; always worth doing, as MS tend to break stuff.
I'd always reccommend doing the same; if nothing else, you can delay upgrades.
Nvidia has an early access driver update that solves this problem. I've applied it to my PCs and it does the trick.
