looking for "neutral" LIE product for G3M and/or G8M (G2M welcome)

in the shop, i could see many products/presets working with LIE, be it for tattoos, wounds, whatevs.
but more particularly about tattoos, i'm not interested in any of them, because from all designs offered in each one of the products, there aren't many i like or would use, i prefer my own pics (wounds would be ok, mine wouldn't be "better"). even if the backs are hell.
now with 3DL materials, it was very easy to open LIE and slap a png on a skin, done in a few. but with Iray and all the additional channels(?) like translucency etc, it's becoming annoying. and as everyone who tried noticed, only putting the deco in diffuse gives those reddish-pale tats. i've noticed that on some skins diffuse & translucent were the same, so copy-paste kinda, and it worked - but apparently on others (M7), the translucent is in greytones, so i'd have to keep notes on scale, xy etc to redo the whole thing again, because i can't just reload the diff map, and it's starting to bug me... i often mess around trying stuff that i reject just afterwards, also render time is slow with my lame laptop.

i know, there are threads about how to, and anyways i'd figure out after some trials (i sorta know already). or ofc it would be easy too to use gimp to make ready maps there...

but my question is: is there a commercial product/freebie/script making LIE work with Iray skin mats easier - but without a flurry of unwanted designs on top? like a 1-time "insert your map here" but all the rest is done automatically?

* btw i have LIE Baker, but 1st it's not helpful in this case since i'd still have to manufacture my skin first, and 2nd, i still haven't figured how to use it well, i have files all over the place *
