Camera placements

Hi,

I'm a bit lost as to placing a camera inside a room and being able to see the room and it's content. A good example for me is the basement laundry say I put a figure in the laundry but when I move back to see the figure I end up in a wall, outside the wall or in a prop. I've tried to create my own camera placement and views but the same thing happens I end up outside the wall and don't get the full scene with the figure in it. Is there something I'm not doing or is there a tutoral on how to place cameras?

Thanks!

Depending on the prop, you may be able to remove the wall. You can also change the focal length of the camera to a shorter focal length. You can also use an Iray section plane, whic will allow the camera to be outside of the room.

  • Roger that thanks very much.
