Daz Crashes as soon as I change Layout

Hello,

This is my first time using Daz 3D. I was wondering If anyone could help me resolve an issue. As soon as I open the program I get a blank interface. Not sure if this is how the program is suppose to open. I'll go to Window, workspace, and select a layout. Whatever layout I select the program stops responding. I've tried installing the program off of the website and through the install manager. The result seem to be the same. I attached a file of the how the program appears when I open it.

    Go to C:/Users/YOU/AppData/Roaming/Daz 3D/Studio 4 and remove the layout.dsx file, then try starting DS. You might also try updating your video driver.

    changing the viewport causes crashing in my experience. once I reset the layout or changed it to one of the preset layouts I was fine.
