Windows 8 Support and Info

edited December 1969 in The Commons

I know its been a long time since I've posted and for good reason. Mainly due to computer issues and as such finally got my dream graphics machine and all around badass computer as I would like to call it and as such Windows 8 supports higher amounts of RAM which I wanted something to last into the future and beyond.

Here is my question. DAZ studio does support Windows 8 as it seems. Carrara does not appear, it might work but I would rather hear from folks here to see if they have worked inside windows 8 and or any issues. Right now I'm on 64 bit system as well.

I have 2 nVidia graphics cards which well lets just say no issues there for any rendering via graphics cards etc.

Any thoughts as well with Bryce working or even Hexagon? Thoughts are appreciated.
Thanks

There have been several threads about windows 8 in various forums.

I found the Bryce one simply by entering Windows 8 in the serch box for that forum

thanks, that was good to know and thanks above for the links, the more I know run it the more I know of issues that ppl have faced. Right now Bryce does not want to create uninstallers on initial install and that was part things I'm running into.
