Hierarchical Pose Preset not saving animation in 4.10 - only current frame - just me?

Hi I installed 4.10 on a new PC whereas I have 4.9 on the old one.
When I do an Hierarchical Pose Preset it only seems to be saving the current frame - in 4.9 and earlier it always saved all frames.
What might I be doing wrong or is this now the default behaviour, if so how do I save animations in 4.10?
Does anyone else have this problem?
There are no options that come up to allow me to choose either the current frame or a range of frames.
Thanks

BTW I looked inside the .dsa file and I can see there's no animation data there - just one value for each property as opposed to one per keyframe for those nodes that are animated.
So it's not a restore issue, it's a save issue. When I restore animated files from the old PC they import just fine.
Old thread, but August 2023 still seems to be the same with Daz Studio 4.21
In contrast to Pose Preset, which has the option to save the "current frame only" or an "animation range" the Hierarchical Pose Preset seems to save only static hierarchical pose of the first frame of an animation, when for example one Genesis 9 figure is parented to the hip of another Genesis 9 figure and both are animated.
So how is it possible to save the entire animation with two or more (parented) and animated Genesis 9 figures in one file ?
Thanks.
