Make sure you are selecting the Top level of the figure tree when using the All selected cloth option.
Also, if you go to the Dynamic tab and change the "Cloth Actions Affect" drop down to "All cloth in scene", does the new stuff drape?

This, combined with one of your other posts, makes me think that there's something wrong with your Content Management Service (CMS) installation.
I don't have this particular clothing set, but I do have other recent dynamic releases. Dynamic clothing for V5 and V6 should Fit To the figure before you drape. According to your first image above, the item hasn't been, and therefore, it won't connect to the figure and you won't see it in the Cloth Item/Figure panel (the one that covers the bottom two thirds of the dynamic clothing control -- Garment Panel? No idea).
Make sure Genesis/Genesis 2/V6 is selected before you put the item in the scene. If you don't see the item attached to the figure in the Garment Panel (both the name of the figure and the name of the clothing will appear), then use the "Fit To" option in Parameters to connect them together. Once that happens, draping should work. (See image below.)
Unfortunately, I'm not at all qualified to help you troubleshoot your CMS; someone with more knowledge than I will need to work on that part.

I dont know why I can get it to work and you cannot.
Image below is V6 with two of the items, both drapped just fine. Selected the item as shown in the scene tab and I could drape it.
I tested V5 and Aiko 3 as well and neither had issues
I think this is related to different DAZ Studio builds... You need the newest one, with older ones this dynamic clothes seem not to work.

You should open a bug report on that - https://bugs.daz3d.com/
Thank you all for your patience in figuring this out!
When I tested I first I was using
- a win 64 bit version of DS downloaded with the DIM.
- DS4_DynamicClothingControl_1.3.0.18_Win64
I uninstalled DS with the DIM and downloaded manually again from the DAZ store account
- DAZStudio_4.6.0.18_Win64.exe
- DS4_DynamicClothingControl_1.3.0.18_Win64
Now the Generation 6 versions of Dynamic clothing were working as well.
- - -
The DIM version of DS for some reason does not recognize "new" dynamic clothing.
To test this
- I uninstalled DS win 64 again
- redownloaded and installed DS win 64 with the DIM
It was now again like before "old" dynamic clothes were working but all "new" ones of the "lingerie collection" would still not be recognized.
In short:
To be able to use all dynamic clothes one has to use the DS win 64 bit version available for manual download in the DS store.

The DIM does not install plugins, only content. Last I checked anyways

Ah, did not know that. Though for me it does not matter since my online machine does not have DS on it. i download everything manually. I have the DIM installed but its through a a windows install on a virtual machine cause this machine uses Xubuntu Linux for the OS. And cause I download manually, it explains why it worked for me right away and not for you. Until you installed manually that is.
I'm confused by different things you've said here.
The problem of the installer for Dynamic Clothing Control not working if you install DS with DIM is known -- the installer for DS creates an .ini file to tell other installers where it is located. while the DIM version does not. However, you should still have the basic Dynamic Clothing plugin, so dynamic clothing should work.
The other issue puzzles me -- previously-installed dynamic clothing working but newly-installed not working. Is it just the new V6 item, or does any dynamic clothing you install new not work?

Hi Folks,
Sorry, this is not the answer you are looking for, however we are aware of the issues with using Install Manager with DS and Dynamic Cloth Control. The Dynamic Cloth plug-ins present some very special things to work around and we are currently working on the best way to accomplish this. The same with the ini file.
This is more complex that it first appears, unfortunately, and we want to do it right the first time. Please bear with us as we work out the best solution.
Thanks.
