converting files

I screwed up big time and mistakenly converted files of 3d models (obj files) to SWF(Switch Sound File Converter).How do I convert them back to obj with Daz?

I usually use bryce 7 or poser 10 for creating my pictures so I'm not familiar with Daz at all.I did get the first file converted but only the mtl came through

What do you mean by convert? Do you mean you changed the default application for opening the files? If so use (Windows) right-click>Open With>Choose Another App, then select DS and check the Always Use option.
